Luz De Palm, Loan Consultant

Luz De Palm joined Holmgren & Associates with 16 years of real estate experience in lending, escrow and real estate sales. Her professional background and bilingual skills (fluent in Spanish) give her the ability necessary to work with a wide variety of clients, from first time buyers to more experienced borrowers. Her goal is to use her years of industry experience to assess her clients loan requirements and develop a mortgage, refinance or debt consolidation package which best suits their needs. Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Luz moved to the Bay Area in 1985 where she attended City College of San Francisco and also studied graphic design at UC Berkeley Extension. Luz resides in Oakland with her husband, Fred, and their three sons. She is an active parishioner and parent at Corpus Christi Church and School in Piedmont. Luz is also a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce - Alameda County (HCCAC) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
